How To Buy Music From Indieground
    Contents: How does it work?

• Step 1: Create an account
  Click the 'sign up' link in the top navigation area. At the signup page enter the required information.
• Step 2: Login
  Once you've created an account, click the 'login' link at the top of the page. Enter your user name and password and you're in.
• Step 3: Buy Music
  Once you are logged in you can sample and buy all kinds of great music from independent artists. It's just that easy.

Managing your account
Once you've logged in, you will notice a new link at the top of the page called 'my account'. Clicking this link will take you to your account maintenance page which has four key functions:

• #1. Change Password click the 'change password' link to change your password if you feel someone else may know your password. It is good practice to change your password regularly and to include non alpha-numeric characters (like $ or &). If you forget your password please e-mail password@indieground.net for help.
• #2. Change E-mail click the 'change email' link to change your e-mail address. Please keep this information current, if you forget your password and need to contact us, the e-mail must come from the e-mail you provide in your account information.
• #3. Add Money click the 'add money' link to add money to your account. At this point in time, you can only add money to your account electronically. Because of service charges for this type of transaction, we require a minimum of $5.00 to be added to your account at a time. All transactions are handled through PayPal.   You can also add money by purchasing a pre-paid digital download card at an indieground event or by mail order. Click here for more information.
• #4. My Songs This section gives you direct access to all the songs you have purchased. Were you in the middle of downloading a song and the power went out? Did you download a song at home but want to hear it at work? This is the solution, every song you've ever bought from indieground all in one spot. Please be advised, since we are offering multiple downloads for just one purchase, account sharing will not be tolerated. Any caught sharing accounts will have their account shut down and will be charged with pirating.

Buying music

• Step 1: To view a list of all indieground artists click the 'artists' link in the top navigation area.
• Step 2: Click on an artists name to view all songs available from indieground by that artist.
• Step 3: Click on the name of a song to view its details.
• Step 4: Download a free sample of the song by clicking 'sample', if you like it, click 'add to cart' to buy it.
• Step 5: Once you're done shopping click the 'cart' link at the top of the page. If you change you're mind about a song you can delete it from the Shopping Cart page. When you are ready to pay for and download your song(s) click the 'check out' link.

Pay Pal
Pay Pal is the leader in online money transactions. You do not need a Pay Pal account to add funds to your indieground account. You can pay with a credit card through Pay Pal without a Pay Pal account. With a Pay Pal account you can pay with your Pay Pal account, with your credit card, or directly from your bank account. Indieground does not handle any of your financial information, it is all handled by Pay Pal. Pay Pal is trusted by millions of people and companies all over the world.
