Featured Artist: Aaron Meshon

This week’s featured artist is Aaron Meshon an illustrator from New York City. In the last 18 years he worked for several important clients all over the world (like Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Wired, New York Times, Wall Street Journal) and his works has been featured on lots of products like t-shirts, games, puzzles, toys, phone cases, etc. This year he also published his first children’s book “Take me out to the Yakyu”.Beside of the surrealism, the thing I like the most of his work is without of doubt the use of the colors. That is the mix that makes the final product extremely attractive. He takes inspiration from the various features that his city (NY) has to offer and also from his great passion for Japan, as you can easily notice. His main goal as an artist is to make people “happy” or “positively distracted” from his work… and I think he always succeeds! If you want to see more of his stunning work just go to aaronmeshon.com! Enjoy
