What is an End Product?
End Product is considered to be the final artwork or product you create from assets purchased from the Indieground Design Shop. End products can be both Digital or Physical items.
What is a Licensed Asset?
A licensed asset is a product you purchased from the Indieground Design Shop under a certain license, that might be Personal License, Commercial License, Extended License or a Font License. The same term applies to custom licenses.
Who is the Licensee?
A licensee is the person or business that buys a licensed product from the Indieground Design Shop. The licensee has the responsibility to choose the licence that is more appropriate for his/her project.
What are Lifetime Views?
Lifetime views indicates the number of times a video is watched for at least 3 seconds. This metric includes both organic and sponsored distribution.
What are Native Apps and Web Apps?
We consider a Native App to be an application you download through the Apple App Store, Google Play or other popular stores. On the contrary a Web App is accessed through a browser
Can I use the freebies for my personal and commercial projects?
What are the things I'm not allowed to do with the freebies?
Do I have to worry about limitations when using the freebies?
Not at all! We want everyone to be as creative as possible with our free resources, so there are no limitations on the number of times you can use the freebies for your personal or commercial projects.
Are there any fees I need to pay to use the freebies?
A license that can be used in non-commercial projects, for activities with no potential monetary gain. Assets purchased under this license cannot be used in relation to any business, organisation (profit or non-profit) or for creating End Products for sale.
What is the difference between Personal and Commercial License?
A Personal license is enough when you create assets for projects that have no direct or indirect monetary gain. For anything else, have a look at our Commercial or Extended license.
Can i use your graphic elements to produce a design i will share on Instagram?
Yes, but be attentive to the purpose of your artwork. If it is shared on a non-business account then the personal license is what you need. On the contrary, if your design is functional to the sale of a product and is in fact promotional material, you will need to get it with a Commercial or Extended Commercial license.
Can i use one of your flyer templates to promote a small non-profit festival in my hometown?
Even if you are not going to profit from the event you are organising, the right license here is the Commercial License. However, we love music and concerts, especially ones for a good cause. Try to get in contact with us and let’s see if we can work something out.
Can I use your graphic Elements for creating a T-Shirt for a family event?
Yes, when there is no exchange of money the Personal License is enough. Have fun at the party!

What if, against my expectations, I sell more than 5000 digital End Products?
Congrats! If business went better than you imagined, you just have to get in contact with us and we will work out a solution together.
I have bought the Commerical License for Ransom Note Letters, can i share the folder with my team?
This license covers the use of the assets by one designer only. If you buy the Pack to be used by more people than just yourself, you should buy the Extended license.
Can i use your graphic elements to promote artwork on my Instagram Business Account and on my Ecommerce?
Yes, this is the right license for promoting your business on social media and traditional media. However, if you are a social media manager and work with more than 1 account, you need the Extended license.
I want to use a text effect for a design I want to print on mugs. I will sell these mugs on my ecommerce. What license should i use?
If you are planning to produce more than 5.000 mugs, then you should buy the Extended Commercial License. If, on the other hand, you are planning to produce a smaller amount of mugs, then the Commercial License will be the right one for you.

If I design my company logo with one of your text effects, can I then trademark it?
If you want to design your logo with a text effect the right license to buy is the Extended Commercial one. If you plan on trademark your design, you will need to notify the trademark office and disclaim the asset, thus not enforcing any rights on the asset itself.
I have a print-on-demand service where I would like to integrate your assets, so that my clients can create their own cool t-shirts. Wich license is right for me?
