If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of the original purchase date and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note that refunds are only available for products that have not been downloaded. While refunds for digital products may not always be possible, we always do our best to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
In some exceptional cases, such as double orders or compatibility issues with your software, we may be able to make exceptions. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and support, and we are here to help in any way we can.
